  4. Maintaince repair, and scheduling. If a toilet is clogged, or washer not working our team will notify and schedule for a repair quickly and efficiently 

  5. Cleaning scheduling and cleaning checks

  6. Weekly walk throughs to ensure the property is in perfect condition 

  7. Checking the property same day of guest check in. This has been very important step for both the owners and the guest. small things can be missed or happen in between check ins and check outs, doing a same day walk through is vital

  8. Cateloging items. We catalog all items for each property for the Owner. During check outs we make sure items are not taken or misplaced after each guest

  9. Shipping items back to guest

  10. Scheduling maintaince ,cleaners, and gardeners

  11. Ordering toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee goods, soap etc. on an as needed basis
